Welcome to New Beginnings Spa! I have a passion for wellness that lead me to start New Beginnings Spa in 2015.Over the years the one consistent thing I have seen affecting people is STRESS. So, I put my degree in education to work to learn how to help people reduce stress and live better. I am a licensed Massage Therapist, Reflexologist, and esthetician. In addition I am a nutrition specialist. In other words, I am a Relaxation Specialist who looks at the whole you, inside an out. I will work with you to develop a plan that will best fits your needs.
Communication is key. As we work together I need to know what you're feeling, experiencing and what you're looking to gain in order to best help you. In turn, I will explain the treatment and what you can expect to gain from it.
Massage, Reflexology, and REIKI are tools to help your body heal. Whether it's stress, illness or simply to pamper yourself, the benefits of these modalities can be life changing. I would be honored to take that journey with you.
